Annual General Meeting

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting and gathering of our community members and friends.
We will include an update on our activities this past year, opportunities for members to discuss and vote, and insights into our plans for the AEHS’s upcoming year. Make sure that your membership is up to date to be eligible to vote.
This day will give you an opportunity to join one of our ongoing or new committees, it will be a great time to meet new and old friends.
We are looking forward seeing you there!

10:30 AEHS Members and Interested Friends
Welcome and Registration
Coffee, cold drinks, muffins, fruit
11:00 Annual General Meeting
1:00 Pot Luck Lunch
Each family attending should bring enough food for those in your group
Sandwiches, cold cuts etc. and small dessert item
We will put it all out for sharing
REMEMBER – NO ability to heat or keep food cold on site!
2:00 Highlights of years event – language course, photo contest, etc.
4:30 Hot Dog BBQ on the grass outside the Kerry Wood Center
