Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the “AEHS Members Only” website operated by the Alberta Estonian Heritage Society. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms.
Terms and Conditions for use of the AEHS website:
AEHS website content directly contributed by AEHS members is owned by the person or persons who created that content. Contributors must give the AEHS a license or written permission so that AEHS may share this content on this website and to make it available to other AEHS members.
The contents, logo, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) and other visual media, including that created by the AEHS, on the AEHS website belong to AEHS and are protected by copyright laws of Canada. See exception above re: direct contributions by AEHS members. User’s accounts can be terminated in case of abuses or at the sole discretion of the AEHS board.
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:
- To abuse, damage or alter any part of the website
- To post or request the posting of any copyrighted content which does not belong to you
- To use any trademark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by AEHS
- To abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate any person via or on the AEHS website
These terms apply to all users who access or use the Service. By accessing and using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.
Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
